General Rules

44kbd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an entity that provides online gaming services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 44kbd platform and its user ("you" or "member").

You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above. 44kbd may request a government-issued ID to verify age at the time of registration or at any other time. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

This platform is operated for players in Bangladesh. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you are not located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal.

2.3 Personal Responsibility

You are a capable adult who is using this platform of your own free will. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.

Account Registration

When creating an account on the 44kbd platform, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

3.1 Account Creation Rules

• Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, ID number, and banking information provided during account registration must be consistent.
• Keep your account password confidential. Giving a third party access to your account is prohibited.
• The mobile number or email provided at the time of account creation must be verified.

3.2 KYC Verification

For withdrawals above a specified amount or in special circumstances, 44kbd may request any of the following documents for identity verification (KYC):

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport or driving licence
• Recent utility bill (as proof of address)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

The withdrawal process may be put on hold until KYC verification is completed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 44kbd platform are conducted through secure and encrypted channels.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

Bonuses and Promotions

44kbd offers various bonuses and promotional offers. To use these bonuses, the following terms must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x). This means withdrawals can be made after wagering 20 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have specific wagering requirements, an expiry period, and game restrictions.
• Bonus funds may not apply to all games — please read the detailed terms of each offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the offer clearly states otherwise.
• If bonus misuse or fraudulent use is detected, the account will be closed.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular players can enjoy the benefits of the 44kbd VIP Program. The VIP Program has five tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

You can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular and consistent use of the platform. The detailed terms of VIP benefits are subject to change.

Gaming Rules

All games on the 44kbd platform are operated in accordance with the principles of fairness. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

• All games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and impartial results.
• There is no way to influence the outcome of any game, and any such attempt is prohibited.
• If the outcome of a game becomes uncertain due to a technical error, 44kbd reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wagered amount.

6.2 Disconnection

If your internet connection is lost during a game, the game state will be restored upon reconnection. However, 44kbd will not be held responsible for any transactions affected by internet issues in some cases.

6.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to placing bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC), football (FIFA), or any other sports event. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with 44kbd policy.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44kbd platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with a false identity or age.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting bonus arbitrage.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated method to play games.
• Attempting to affect the platform through hacking, viruses, or malicious code.
• Using the platform for illegal money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other players.
• Harassing or threatening platform staff or other members.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in immediate account closure, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 44kbd

44kbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion or evidence of a breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Unusual or suspicious activity on the account.
• Instructions from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Due to technical issues or security concerns.

8.2 Account Closure by the Member

You may contact our support team at any time to request closure of your account. Any active bonuses will be cancelled before the account is closed, and the available balance may be withdrawn if all wagering requirements have been met.
